The Rules of CasaRosAlpina

 

   No smoking inside the house even electronic cigarettes.

   Ski boots and trekking shoes must be deposited in the ski room before going up to the house.

   At the end of the stay, no food or waste should be left in the house.

   Animals are not allowed

   Not allowed to bring skis or bicycles into the house.

   Only registered guests are allowed in the house.

 

Reservations - Arrivals and Departures

 

     Check-In     :    After 2 pm delivery of keys with keybox

     Check-Out  :    No later than 10 am

     Deposit at the time of booking 30% by bank transfer

     Bail €150 returned after departure by bank transfer

     Balance within 15 days before arrival by bank transfer

     Tourist tax not included and collected on behalf of the A.P.T. Val di Fassa

     We recommend travel insurance, we have agreements with Booking Protection Alliance

     There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 45 days before the arrival date.

     Bed linen, Trentino duvets, high quality towel set included.
