• Deposit to confirm the booking (30%), not refunded for cancellations received after 45 days of the start of the holiday, it is advisable to take out travel insurance    ======>

• Balance + deposit 15 days before arrival by bank transfer.
• Obligatory final cleaning of € 70 not included.
• Deposit for damages €150 returned after  departure by bank transer not included.
• We provide bed linen and blankets and one set of bath towels per guest.
• Stay from Sunday to Sunday, minimum 7 days.
